Suzanne’s success as CEO reflects a solid foundation in advertising creative, production and account management. She combines a mid-western work ethic forged in Saco, Montana (population 300) with an international outlook gleaned from experience in Berlin, Cannes, New York, Boston and Los Angeles, California. From Pasadena, she has worked with clients all over California, the nation and the world. Her dedication to clients is one of the pillars of Pasadena’s success.

In addition to her responsibilities to long-term client relationships, she actively oversees all research, marketing, media planning and the direction of the agency’s creative concepts. Along with her duties as agency C.E.O., Suzanne has been chosen to sit on numerous boards including five years with the Old Pasadena Business Improvement District, one of the groundbreaking business districts in the United States, on which she served as chairperson.
