This was the first luxury “urban village” complex to come to Old Pasadena. They needed an image worthy of the multi-million dollar price tag of their upscale condos. Since they were the first, they had to establish not only their image but the whole product category. Without an actual product, we sold the promise of the setting: Old Pasadena. We developed the name of the project, “Delacey at Green” (for their historic location), the hero project colors, the ad mix and the overall marketing theme: “luxury living where Old Pasadena begins.”
